Exploits of Kim Il Sung Praised by Nepali Figure

Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- A Nepali newspaper on Oct. 21 carried a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung and a notes of travel in the DPRK by Ram K. Karmacharya, chairman of the Study and Research Forum of Songun Politics of the National Press Club of Nepal.

The chairman said in his travel notes that the world never knows such a leader as Kim Il Sung.

Under the wise leadership of the President the DPRK worked remarkable changes and miracles and emerged a military power, he noted, adding:

Such monumental edifices as Pyongyang Metro could be built only in the DPRK.

The recent visit to the DPRK once again drove home to me the fact that the DPRK today would have been unthinkable without the immortal exploits of the President.

The International Friendship Exhibition House intensively shows the high authority of General Secretary Kim Jong Il and great history of modern Korea.

The U.S. armed spy ship "Pueblo" at the side of the River Taedong in Pyongyang made us know well about the spirit and tremendous military power of the DPRK undeterred by the pressure of the imperialists.

We were impressed by the spirit of the Korean people who are making a signal progress while defending the country from the imperialists' moves for aggression.
