Beijing, October 24 (KCNA) -- Zhou Yongkang, secretary of the Chinese Central Commission of Politics and Law, called upon judicial organs to enhance their role.

Addressing a plenary session of the central commission held in Beijing recently, Zhou said the judicial organs should devotedly serve the people and remain fair and upright in their work.

They should fully discharge their role to provide a definite guarantee for promoting a great development and prosperity of socialist culture, the secretary added.
