Innovators from South Hamgyong Province Leave

Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- Officials, labor innovators, scientists and technicians from South Hamgyong Province left Pyongyang on Monday at the end of their tour of it.

Kim Ki Nam, member of the Political Bureau and secretary and officials of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, saw them off at Pyongyang Koryo Hotel.

People from all walks of life warmly sent them off along the route from the Hotel to Pyongyang Railway Station.

The citizens and innovators from South Hamgyong Province felt deeply grateful to General Secretary Kim Jong Il for commending them and made them well known to the whole country in high recognition of what was done by the common people.

Buses carrying the innovators departed from Pyongyang amid the warm blessing by citizens.

Meanwhile, the innovators on their way home after visiting Pyongyang were given warm send-off along the road in Wonsan City by working people in the city.

When they arrived at Hamhung City on Monday evening, they were greeted by Kwak Pom Gi, chief secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials of the party, power and economic organs, working people's organizations of the province and working people and school youth and children in Hamhung city.

They visited the statue of President Kim Il Sung on Tonghungsan Hill in Hamhung city.
