Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- Korean book, photo and fine art exhibitions were opened in Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region of China and Lima Province of Peru on October 17 and 19 to mark the 66th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

On display in their venues were works of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il and photos showing their exploits.

Also exhibited were photos on the historic Conference of the WPK and celebrations of its 65th birthday, books, photos and multimedia introducing Songun Korea and fine art works associated with the creative wisdom and skills of the Korean people.

Speeches were made at their opening ceremonies.

Meanwhile a Korean fine art exhibition was opened in Dandong City of China on October 18.
