Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with the delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam led by Hoang Binh Quan, chairman of the Commission for External Affairs of the Party Central Committee, which paid a courtesy call on him at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Friday.
