Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- The State Hydro-meteorological Administration of the DPRK and the China Meteorological Administration signed the minutes of the 16th talks for scientific and technological exchange and cooperation in the meteorological field between them.

Present at the signing ceremony, held in Pyongyang Friday, from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the State Hydro-meteorological Administration of the DPRK led by Deputy Director Ryu Pong Chol and from the opposite side members of the delegation of the China Meteorological Administration led by Deputy Administrator Yu Xinwen and an official of the Chinese embassy here.
