Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- Oleg Kozhemyako, governor of Amur Region of the Russian Federation, and his party left here for home on Friday.

They were seen off by So Kil Bok, vice-minister of Foreign Trade, Sim Kuk Ryong, DPRK consul-general to Nakhodka of Russia, officials concerned of the DPRK and Ambassador Valery Sukhinin and officials of the Russian embassy here.
