Moscow, October 19 (KCNA) -- Russia's Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on Monday said Russia will pursue its foreign policy with confidence and protect everything related to its interests.

In a TV conference, he said that if Russia, acting like a superpower, forced any country to accept its demand, it would be a big mistake.

Citing the fact that western countries accuse Russia of cherishing an imperialist ambition, he advised them to rather handle their problems like inflation and state debts.
