Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- A high degree of radiation was recently detected at a primary school in Tokyo, Japan, kicking off an uproar.

According to survey data, it was said that 3.99μSv radiation per hour was measured in soil by a building of this school.

This is a very high degree of radiation detected in the refuge area of Fukushima Prefecture and it is supposed that a radioactive substance piled on the roof was mixed with rainwater to be absorbed into the soil.

As a consequence, an uneasiness about radiation was pervaded into even Tokyo which has been so far seen as relatively safe zone, foreign news reported.
