Teheran, October 19 (KCNA) -- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Sunday that Iran does not need to resort to assassinations to advance with its policies, the satellite Press TV reported.

The U.S. makes allegations on a plot of Iran to kill the Saudi ambassador to Washington.

Ahmadinejad said that the U.S. accusation against the Islamic Republic is aimed at preventing Iran from progressing.
