Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the DPRK Ministry of Post and Telecommunications headed by Vice Minister Kim Yong Gil left here Wednesday by train to attend the 2011 world telecommunication exhibition in Switzerland.

Meanwhile arriving here by air was a delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam led by Hoang Binh Quan, chairman of the Commission for External Affairs of the Party Central Committee.
