Moscow, October 17 (KCNA) -- Russia's minister of Interior called on the member nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to cooperate with each other in combating cyber crimes.

Speaking at a press conference on Oct. 13, he said an individual state's effort is not enough to curb IT-based crimes.

The CIS member nations should take a common action to this end, he added.
