Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- The 16th talks for scientific and technological exchange and cooperation in the meteorological field between the State Hydro-meteorological Administration of the DPRK and the China Meteorological Administration were held at the People's Palace of Culture on Tuesday.

Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the State Hydro-meteorological Administration of the DPRK led by Deputy Director Ryu Pong Chol and from the opposite side members of the delegation of the China Meteorological Administration led by Deputy Administrator Yu Xinwen and a staff member of the Chinese embassy here.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the matter of boosting scientific and technological exchange and cooperation between the two administrations.
