Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, received credentials from Arias Romero Luis, Spanish ambassador to the DPRK, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Tuesday.

Kim had a talk with the ambassador.
