Havana, October 14 (KCNA) -- Ricardo Alarcon, president of the National Assembly of People's Power of Cuba, in a speech Tuesday branded the United States as the chief architect of terrorism.

He said Cuban patriots are in the jail in the U.S. being accused of having notified anti-Cuba plan of terrorists' groups.

This shows the United States' ulterior aim to keep backing the terrorists in the future, too.
