Pyongyang, October 14 (KCNA) -- Cholera spreads in several countries in the central and western parts of Africa.

More than 85,000 people have suffered from cholera and 2,466 of them died this year according to the survey data released by the UNICEF on Tuesday.

Measures to stop the spread of the disease are taken by the relevant countries.
