Pyongyang, October 12 (KCNA) -- The puppet Army Metropolitan Garrison Command announced that it would stage 2011 Hwarang Exercises from October 17 to 21, according to south Korean Yonhap News.

The puppet warmongers are set to involve police forces, administrative organs and even civilians in the military exercises.
