Tehran, October 11 (KCNA) -- Iran's Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani in a diplomatic appearance on Sunday called for boosting cooperation among regional countries.

The presence of foreign forces in the region is the root cause of all complicated problems such as terrorism and drug trafficking, he said.

To comprehensively expand and strengthen multilateral cooperative relations among regional countries is the only way of settling these problems and ensuring the regional peace and security, he noted.
