Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- The foreign minister of New Zealand condemned Japan on Wednesday for intending to continue its so-called research whaling in the Antarctic Ocean, criticizing it as being entirely disrespectful of the strong concerns expressed by the Australian and New Zealand people.

He also described Japan's claims of whaling for "scientific purposes" as highly dubious.
