Tehran, October 7 (KCNA) -- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a peech at a meeting on Wednesday clarified the firm stand of the people of his country not afraid of the U.S. threat.

U.S. imperialism has now become weaker than ever before and is on the decline because of wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and financial crisis, he said.

The Iranian nation is not afraid of any power and is united in going ahead on the right path, he noted.
