DPRK's Development Introduced in Indonesia

Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- The Indonesian paper Kompas on Sept. 23 carried a travelogue on the DPRK contributed by a member of the delegation of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle.

The article conveyed the impressions he got after watching the grand gymnastic and artistic performance "Arirang" at the May Day Stadium.

The extravaganza vividly reflects the reality of the daily developing DPRK, the article said, and went on:

Many people would ask us who visited the DPRK about the level of the DPRK's development. Such question is raised because of the U.S. misinformation on the DPRK.

Not only Pyongyang but many local cities have been successfully spruced up. The DPRK has made rapid progress in recent years.

The West's media claim that the Korean people cannot do anything as they wish under the socialist system but this is a sheer lie.

Had the DPRK not made any progress, it would not have produced nuclear weapons. It has almost completed the large-scale hydraulic power station in a matter of little more than two years which would have taken more than ten years at an ordinary pace. This is a clear proof that the DPRK has developed.

The Korean people are advancing, foreseeing a rosy future.
