Pyongyang, October 7 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Thursday sent a message of greeting to Arthur Peter Mutharika upon his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Malawi.

The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would continue to steadily develop and wished him great success in his new job.
