Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il received a floral basket and a congratulatory letter from the family of Jong Il Sim, a Korean resident in Russia, on the anniversary of his reelection as the general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and its 66th birthday.

The basket and letter were handed to an official concerned on Thursday by Jong staying in the homeland.
