Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- A seminar on the Juche idea for the independent development of Asian countries and the 21st century was held in Mongolia on Sept. 28.

Attending it were members of the Mongolian Association for the Study of Juche Idea-Songun, the Mongolian Centre for the Study of Juche, the Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development and the Mongolian Institute for Strategic Studies and Juche idea followers of Mongolia.

Present on invitation was a delegation of the Social Scientists Society of Korea.

B. Davaadorj, chairman of the Mongolian Association for the Study of Juche Idea-Songun, made a report at the seminar to be followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers said that the seminar is a meaningful meeting being held as part of the work to significantly greet the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung.

The reality in which the sovereignty of small and weak countries is being ruthlessly violated by the United States goes to clearly prove how just the Songun politics of General Secretary Kim Jong Il is, they noted.

They underlined the need for the developing countries to heighten vigilance against the imperialists' "anti-terror war" and "globalization" and find out the way to be followed by them in the Juche idea and the Songun idea.

A letter to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the seminar.

The participants vowed to register greater successes in the activities for study and dissemination of the Juche idea and thus grandly commemorate the centenary of birth of the President, the founder of the Juche idea, as a great jubilee common to progressive mankind.
