Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- Hundreds of Palestinians demonstrated Sunday in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip in support of hunger-striking prisoners in Israeli jails.

They waved Palestinian flags and chanted slogans that called for the immediate release of the Palestinian prisoners.

The settlement of the prisoners issue is an important issue in the struggle to achieve the regional peace, they stressed.
