Beijing, October 1 (KCNA) -- A spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry in a press conference on September 28 clarified the stand of China opposing the Israeli plan for building new settlements.

China is deeply concerned about the Israeli authorities' approval of the plan for expanding Jewish settlements in East Kuds and is opposed to it, the spokesperson stressed.
