Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- Maltreatment of soldiers continues in south Korean puppet Navy.

At least 970 cases were registered in 2009, triple that in 2005.

Over 1,000 cases are estimated this year.

Inhumane act numbered as many as 4,670 cases in the Navy for the past 6 years.
