Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House brought out Vol. 12 of "Selected Works of Kim Jong Il" (enlarged edition) which comprehensively deals with works of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The book contains 27 works he authored from April 1987 to June 1989.

"On Firmly Establishing the Revolutionary Outlook on the Leader among Officials" and "On Establishing the Juche Outlook on the Revolution" comprehensively deal with the principled issues arising in establishing the revolutionary outlook on the leader and the Juche-oriented revolutionary outlook.

Among them are works indicating important tasks for developing the Workers' Party of Korea into the Juche-oriented revolutionary party and establishing the revolutionary discipline of the party life and the spirit of party work. There are also those works expounding issues on improving the preservation of revolutionary relics.

"The Present Times and the Tasks Facing Young People" and "The Work with Young People Should Be Strengthened" indicate the tasks and ways to carry forward and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche.

Such works as "On the Theatrical Arts", "On Establishing the Revolutionary Creative Spirit and Lifestyle among Writers and Artistes" comprehend the successes made in bringing radical change in literature and arts and give perfect answers to issues arising in the production of literary and arts works.

The book also contains works giving answers to the theoretical and practical issues in various fields including the issue of calling on all the people to live and struggle like heroes and the issue of developing science and technology.
