Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, on Sept. 29 sent a message of greeting to Alpha Conde, president of the Republic of Guinea, on the 53rd anniversary of its independence.

Expressing belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would further develop, Kim in the message heartily wished the president and the people of Guinea great successes in their work for national unity and socio-economic progress.
