Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- The Ethiopian minister of Information recently refuted the U.S. report that a U.S. military base is now under construction in his country.

The Washington Post reported that drones which took off at the U.S. military base in Ethiopia would monitor disputes in Somalia. He resolutely dismissed it as groundless.

The government's policy does not allow foreign military bases to be deployed in the territory of the country, he noted.
