S. Korean "Government" Accused of Violating Freedom of Expression

Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- The puppet Kyonggi local police office searched the house and office of Pak Jong Gun, member of the Social Party of south Korea.

It took such fascist action against Pak after investigating him for a long time on charge of violation of the "National Security Law" for the mere reason that he posted an article on the Internet in which he designated a street in the north and invited people to have a tea in that street.

In this connection, the Social Party held a press conference outside the building of the Kyonggi local police office on Tuesday.

Pak Jong Gun said at the press conference that because of this suppression he had not even one per cent of trust in the "government."

The representative of the party accused the authorities of violating the fundamental rights and freedom of expression on the strength of the anachronistic NSL.
