Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- Kenneth Baugh, deputy prime minister of Jamaica, called for reforming the UN in a speech at the UN General Assembly session on Sept. 26.

The UN should reform its body in order to reflect the geopolitical realities of the 21st century and the world's reality with more "efficient" responses, he said. African countries, Latin America and Caribbean region still have no permanent seats on the Council, he noted, stressing the need to make the UNSC more democratic.
