Pyongyang, September 30 (KCNA) -- The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea issued bulletin No. 82 to mark the 66th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 85th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union.

The bulletin carried an article titled "Steady victories of WPK and their secret" illustrated with a photo of the flag of the WPK.

The article said:

The WPK is demonstrating its might as an ever-victorious party thanks to its guiding idea in the international community.

The WPK's guiding idea is the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung. This is recognized as the guiding idea of not only the WPK but that for the human cause of independence.

General Secretary Kim Jong Il expounded long ago the idea on modeling the whole party on the Juche idea, consolidated the WPK into an ideologically pure one and an organizationally integral whole and made sure that the party work is thoroughly done as required by the Juche idea.

This is attributable to the fact that the party has achieved the unity and cohesion of all its members and the people shown absolute support and trust in it and it has dynamically pushed forward the overall socialist construction with the army as the main force, with a firm hold on it.

Kim Jong Il laid down the principle of Songun that the army precisely means the party, the state and the people. He has paid primary attention to the ideological education of the soldiers to bring up them as strong ones in idea and faith.

The reality of the DPRK helps the world clearly realize the Songun politics of the WPK is a treasured sword for winning sure victories in accomplishing the socialist cause.

The WPK led by Kim Jong Il will always emerge victorious.
