Moscow, September 28 (KCNA) -- The press official of the Russian prime minister on Sunday refuted western media reports concerning Russia's future president.

The reports said if Vladimir Putin became the Russian president, the country's relations with western nations would worsen.

Such opinion is not reasonable, the official said, adding that it shows that many western political pundits have no understanding of what happens in Russia.
