Moscow, September 28 (KCNA) -- The speaker of the State Duma of Russia on Sept. 23 said only the United Russia Party is able to ensure the continuity of line in the country.

Speaking at a congress of the party, Boris Gryzlov urged the party to work in line with the strategy pursued by the leader of the party and the president of the country in a bid to implement popular plans.

The party should also maintain the majority in parliament for the continuity of line, he said.
