Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- The Kazakh president called for a convention obliging the nuclear powers not to use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear nations and threaten them with nukes.

Speaking at a session of the United Nations General Assembly on September 22, Nursultan Nazarbayev said such convention should be concluded as early as possible.
