Pyongyang, September 26 (KCNA) -- The Citizens' Solidarity for Peaceful Reunification of south Korea held a seminar in Seoul on September 22, calling for the implementation of the inter-Korean joint declarations on the 10th anniversary of its formation.

All this was attributable to the fact that the authorities did not regard the north as a partner of dialogue and cooperation, they held, and went on:

Only when the authorities implement the inter-Korean joint declarations and abolish the "National Security Law", is it possible to achieve progress in the inter-Korean relations and peace and reunification of this land.
