Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- The puppet Ministry of Unification of south Korea disallowed the application made by the South Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration demanding for a visit to the north for working contact as regards the north-south joint event to mark the fourth anniversary of the October 4 declaration, according to Yonhap News of south Korea on Wednesday.

The ministry took such action, asserting it is necessary to take the present south-north relations into consideration and maintain the "May 24 step".
