Moscow, September 21 (KCNA) -- Russian President Dmitri Medvedev congratulated the workers of the forest management sector on their holiday.

In a congratulatory message, the president said that it is a primary policy of the government to value the forest resources and make a rational use of them.

It is important at present to ensure an energetic development of forest management, he said, calling for investing in high-tech program for wood processing industry and directing special attention to preventing forest fire.
