Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- Newspapers of various countries carried special write-ups on the 63rd anniversary of the DPRK.

The Russian newspaper Nakhodkinski Rabochi on Sept. 6 carried an article illustrated with photos of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The DPRK is holding Kim Il Sung in high esteem as the eternal President as he built the DPRK into an invincible socialist power based on strong political, military and economic foundations, it noted.

The Iranian paper Iran News on Sept. 5 devoted one whole page to several articles illustrated with a photo of President Kim Il Sung waving back to the cheering crowd from the tribune of honor of Kim Il Sung Square.

The Thai paper Xing San Daily on the same day praised the feats performed by Kim Il Sung in the nation-building in the article accompanied with a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung.

A Syrian newspaper on Sept. 1 carried photos of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and introduced the exploits they performed by bolstering the national defence capability and thus turning the country into a bulwark of socialism.

Horoya of Guinea on Sept. 5 edited an article introducing the glorious history of the DPRK which has triumphantly advanced along the road of socialism since its foundation.
