Beijing, September 20 (KCNA) -- The General Staff, General Political Department and General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army recently printed and distributed a tentative method of selecting officers among university-graduated soldiers.

The tentative method requires a steadfast political view, high military quality and voluntary devotion to national defense.

The implementation of the method will be supervised by relevant departments of Communist Party committees at all levels and the Commission for Discipline Inspection.
