Beijing, September 18 (KCNA) -- A national video-telephone conference on recruitment was held in Beijing recently.

The conference called on all government bodies and recruitment agencies to intensify information activities concerning this year's winter recruitment, conduct education in national defense and patriotism and make the whole society replete with a good atmosphere of contributing to national defense and army building.
