Moscow, September 14 (KCNA) -- A national committee of BRICS affairs studies was formed in Moscow in the form of noncommercial partnership.

Speaking to reporters, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said BRICS has become one of priorities in the country's foreign policy.

The committee will serve as an important partnership of Russia's diplomacy, the minister said.
