Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations led by its Vice-President Wang Zaibang arrived by air here on Thursday.

The Russian delegation of Maritime Territorial Branch of "United Russia" Party led by Vladimir Novikov, member of its Regional Political Council and mayor of Artyom City, flew back Thursday.
