Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- The Peruvian－Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship posted on its Internet homepage the full text of leader Kim Jong Il's work "The Democratic People's Republic of Korea Is a Socialist State of Juche with Invincible Might" on Sept. 6.

The work, published on Sept. 5, Juche 97 (2008), clarifies that the invincible might of the DPRK lies in preserving and boundlessly glorifying the Juche-based idea of President Kim Il Sung on nation- building and his feats.
