Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- U.S.-made weapons held an overwhelming proportion in the weapons imported by the south Korean authorities last year, says the south Korean MBC on Sept. 12.

According to the Agency of Defence Affairs, south Korea spent a total of more than 980 billion won in 2010 for importing various type weapons from the U.S.

Defying strong public protest at home and abroad, the authorities are working with bloodshot eyes to beef up armed forces for escalating the confrontation with compatriots, while collecting more taxes from the people to pay to munitions businesses of the U.S.
