Tehran, September 13 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry on Sept. 10 condemned the NATO for its plan to deploy the missile defense system in Turkey.

Such plan of NATO is prompted by the U.S. scheme to continue keeping armed forces in the region and interfering in the internal affairs of other countries, he said.

Iran will strongly react against any plan threatening the security of the country by mobilizing all efforts, he stressed.
