Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- The third part of Leader Kim Jong Il's work "Let Us Carry Out the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung's Instructions for National Reunification" was carried by the September 4th issue of Tribuna, newspaper of Ecuador.

This part of the work, published on August 4, Juche 86 (1997), calls for improving the inter-Korean relations and opening a landmark turn in national reunification and underscores the need for the countries concerned to play a positive role in properly settling the Korean issue.
