Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Pak Ui Chun, foreign minister of the DPRK, Thursday sent a congratulatory message to Narayan Kaj Shrestha upon his appointment as deputy prime minister and foreign minister of Nepal.

The message expressed belief that the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with a long history and tradition would grow stronger in the future and wished him success in his new job.
