Moscow, September 6 (KCNA) -- Russian President Dmitri Medvedev called for raising teachers' qualifications and training young teachers to improve school education.

Speaking at a recent meeting, the president said Russia should assign postgraduates and young experts to schools according to their particular lines and pay close attention to training school heads and administrative personnel.
